Our cheese – unpasteurized passion

Our cheese is made from completely fresh, unpasteurized milk from our twenty happy cows. It is given plenty of time to mature in a naturally cool stone cellar, allowing the flavor to develop into something rich and full-bodied. Our well-aged cheese Soleglad was awarded a bronze medal at the World Cheese Awards 2018/2019.

Our cider – sparkling joy

When the autumn sun glimmers on the hillsides, we harvest juicy fruit and press it into fresh juice. Through the peaceful winter months, the juice transforms into fine cider. Apples from traditional varieties give our cider its distinctive taste and character.
