Our cheese – unpasteurized passion
Our cheese is made from completely fresh, unpasteurized milk from our twenty happy cows. It is given plenty of time to mature in a naturally cool stone cellar, allowing the flavor to develop into something rich and full-bodied. Our well-aged cheese Soleglad was awarded a bronze medal at the World Cheese Awards 2018/2019.
